- Bourbon / rye50 ml
- Lemons25 ml juice
- Sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml
- Egg white (optional)1, for foam
Method
- Dry-shake everything without ice (if using egg white).
- Add ice, shake again, hard.
- Strain over fresh ice. Garnish.
