MixNight is software for running music, drinks and games at home. These terms are the rules for using it. The short version: it's for homes, you bring your own YouTube or Apple Music, and nothing you do here buys access to any music.

By using mixnight.app, a MixNight screen or a MixNight party page, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use MixNight.
MixNight is for people aged 18 or over. It includes drinks recipes and alcohol content.
MixNight is software. We don't provide, host, sell or license any music or video. Music and videos are streamed directly from services you choose to use, through their own official players.
You may use MixNight only for personal, non-commercial use in a private home. You must not use MixNight to play music or video in a pub, bar, restaurant, shop, club, gym, office, hotel, holiday let, public or ticketed event, or any other commercial or public setting. YouTube's and Apple's terms don't allow their services to be used that way, and a public performance licence (such as TheMusicLicence) doesn't change that.
Adverts, ad-free playback and what you can watch are decided by YouTube and Apple under your own account. We never see your YouTube or Apple password.
You must not:
If you host a party, you're responsible for who you share your bar's code with and for how your guests use it. You can remove any guest from your bar at any time. Guests agree to these terms when they join.
Where lyrics are shown, they come from a third-party lyrics database, are provided for singing along at home, and may be incomplete or wrong.
The MixNight app, its design, themes, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them under these terms for your own home use.
Recipes are for adults and are for information only. Drink responsibly, check ingredients for allergens, and never drink and drive. For advice, visit Drinkaware.
MixNight is free while it's in development and is provided "as is". We may change, pause or withdraw features at any time, including when YouTube or Apple change their rules.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, for any business losses (MixNight is for home use), or for third-party services. Because MixNight is currently free, our total liability to you is limited to £50.
You can stop using MixNight at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access if these terms are broken, especially sections 6 and 8.
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and we'll flag significant changes in the app.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
