Ingredients
- Bourbon / rye60 ml
- Angostura bitters2–3 dashes
- Sugar (pantry)1 cube or 1 tsp
Method
- Muddle the sugar with the bitters and a splash of water.
- Add bourbon and a big ice cube; stir 30 seconds.
- Express the orange zest over the top and drop it in.
