Ingredients
- Brandy / cognac5 cl
- Limes2.5 cl
- Pineapple Syrup (pantry)2.5 cl
- Elderflower (St-Germain)1.5 cl
- Angostura bitters2 Dashes
- Pepper (pantry)Pinch
- Lavender (pantry)2 sprigs
Method
- Shake all ingredients.
- Double strain in a chilled double old fashioned glass with abig ice cube.
- Garnish with a couple of lavender sprigs
