Dark Caipirinha

Long, cold and built for slow evenings. Trust me on this one.

Ingredients

• demerara Sugar (pantry)2 tsp
• Limes1
• Cachaça2 1/2 oz

Method

1. Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the cachaca into the glass.
4. Stir well.
