Highball glassLong, cold and built for slow evenings. On the quiet, one of my favourites.
Ingredients
- Dark rum1 1/2 oz
- Peach (purée)2 oz
- Orange juice3 oz
Method
- Pour all of the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
