Thai Iced Tea

Clear head, full glass. The regulars ask for it by name. Alcohol-free.

Ingredients

• Tea (pantry)1/4 cup Thai
• Water (pantry)1/2 cup boiling
• Cream / milk2 tsp sweetened
• Ice (pantry)cubes
• Fresh mintgarnish

Method

1. Combine Thai tea (i.e., the powder), boiling water, and sweetened condensed milk, stir until blended.
2. Pour into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.
4. Makes 2 servings.
