Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- Pineapple juice60 ml
- Limes15 ml juice
- Grenadine10 ml
- Triple sec / Cointreau (optional)7.5 ml
- Angostura bitters (optional)1 dash
- Soda water (optional)splash
Method
- Shake everything except soda with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
- Top with a splash of soda, garnish lavishly.
