Ingredients
- Vodka50 ml
- Passion fruit1, plus ½ to garnish
- Limes10 ml juice
- Vanilla sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml
- Prosecco / champagne (optional)shot on the side
Method
- Scoop the passion fruit into a shaker with vodka, lime and syrup.
- Shake hard with ice, double-strain into a coupe.
- Float the passion fruit half, serve the chilled fizz in a shot glass alongside.
