Ingredients
- Tequila50 ml
- Triple sec / Cointreau25 ml
- Limes25 ml juice
- Salt for the rim (pantry)
Method
- Run a lime wedge round half the rim and dip it in salt.
- Shake tequila, triple sec and lime juice hard with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice (or straight up). Garnish.
