Ingredients
- Vodka40 ml
- Blackberry liqueur15 ml (Chambord, ideally)
- Pineapple juice60 ml
Method
- Shake everything very hard. The pineapple makes the foam.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Admire the silky top.
