Figgy Thyme

Goes down easy; stays out late.

Ingredients

• Vodka2 oz
• Honey1 tsp
• Figs3
• Thyme (pantry)1 Sprig
• Angostura bitters2 dashes
• Tonic waterTop

Method

1. In a lewis bag, crush up some ice like a baller/maniac (@glacioice).
2. Pour your precious ice into a collins glass.
3. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the figs and thyme together.
4. Add honey vodka, lemon juice, and a large ice cube (@glacioice).
5. Shake until well chilled, and strain into glass.
6. Add tonic water and finally 2 dashes of angostura bitters.
7. Garnish with sliced figs and thyme.
