Pint glassAn old page from the book, poured properly. On the quiet, one of my favourites.
Ingredients
- Beer / lager1/2 pint
- Apple juice / cider1/2 pint
- Crème de cassis1 dash
Method
- Pour the lager first then add the blackcurrant cordial.
- Top up with the cider.
- The colour sholud be very dark approaching the colour of Guiness.
